What are the alternatives to tummy tuck?
Looking at your pictures: You have a skin overhang, stretch marks with moderate diastasis. I think a Full tummy tuck will serve you best. One concern however, that your navel is high, compared to the average patient.

Unfortunately, you have an excess of skin of your upper and lower abdomen and what appears to be laxity of the underlying muscles so a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is the only effective way to create the best contour to your abdomen and create the flattest appearance.

You clearly have excess skin in your upper and lower abdomen. It also looks as though you abdominal muscles have stretched out as well.
