Combo of brazilian butt lift , tummy tuck, and breast augmentation
There are many ways to answer this question. I will give the “why” I link certain procdures together. My approach would be to perform the brazilian butt lift first as a single procedure.
In order to get the maximum fat, it would intail a fairly large liposuction procedure.
I have done brazilian butt lift with tummy tucks, but the patients are more uncomfortable because they have to lay on their backs/buttocks after tummy tuck and now they are applying pressure on the buttocks where the fat transplant has been performed.
I generally like my patients lying on their abdomen after brazilian butt lift which is incompatible with breast augmentation and tummy tuck.
Because of these reasons, I would stage it with large volume liposuction and brazilian butt lift, and perform the breast augmentation and tummy tuck as a second stage. This is my approach. (Paul E. Chasan, MD, Del Mar Plastic Surgeon)
I recommend satging them. The brazilian butt lift along with the tummy tuck first, as long as you healthy and cleared for the procedure.
I almost always perform liposuction to the hips and flanks during tummy tuck surgery. Therefore, the aspirated fat can be utilized for brazilian butt lift in the same setting. Breast surgery can deferred as the second stage. (Maan Kattash, MD, FRCS, Los Angeles Plastic Surgeon)
Combination surgery
I would recommend that the brazilian butt lift be performed first, therefore all available excess fat can be harvested and utilized as desired as you clearly want a fairly large buttock augmentation. Then after a few months, the abdomen (tummy tuck) and breasts can be addressed. It is possible to combine multiple procedure in the same surgery in the appropriate candidate but a more detailed consultation will be required to determine that. (Sean A. Simon, MD, Miami Plastic Surgeon)
I would recommend performing the brazilian butt lift first with lipo of the abdomen hips thighs. You could do the breast augmentation at the same time if you want. Then return for the tummy tuck. (Rick Rosen, MD, Norwalk Plastic Surgeon)
I would probably do the Brazilian buttlift first with the breast augmentation if you like. You could also do all three at the same time if you want. In some patients who have a lot of upper abdominal fat, I recommend brazilian butt lift first and then a tummy tuck later. (Kenneth B. Hughes, MD, Los Angeles Plastic Surgeon)
Several procedures together
You are a perfect candidate for a full Tummy Tuck in order to get rid of the saggy skin on your abdomen. Also I would recommend to do a muscle repair in order to create a flat abdomen. And a tapered and smaller waist possible to create a very curvaceous results. Liposuction to your back is possible and even to the skin to be removed to harvest as much fat possible. If you want more volume to your but and hips, then you have the wonderful opportunity to do another round of fat grafting 6 months after when is possible to do liposuction to abdomen (during Tummy tuck is not possible) Breast procedure is possible only if your health condition is perfect and hemoglobin is higher than 13gr. But much better to do it in separated procedures 6 months after Tummy tuck. Safety is priority. Be encouraged. You will be loving your beautiful curvy body. (Laura Carmina Cardenas, MD, Mexico Plastic Surgeon)
The Order of Things
I would recommend that you get your liposuction and fat transfer first. This will take advantage of getting all the available fat that there may be. 6 months later I recommend that you have your breast augmentation / brazilian butt lift and tummy tuck. (Earl Stephenson, Jr., MD, DDS, Atlanta Plastic Surgeon)
