Do I go back to finish my syringe/want to avoid duck lip?

In my opinion, your lips look great but if you are unhappy with their appearance I would wait 1-2 weeks before volumizing your lips with a new syringe of filler.

I have had lip filler removed with hyaluronidase 3 time already. My lips are still uneven. Advice?

There are two options a patient has when presented with uneven lips after using filler. Your first option is to continue the use the of hyaluronidase however it is difficult to assess how much will be needed in order to resolve it. If it is just a minor defect I would suggest using a more mild filler such as volbella by juvaderm to add to the existing filler and then contouring it. The use of hyaluronic acid fillers can make your upper lip more symmetrical by adding shape, structure and volume. I would suggest starting out conservative for your first treatment with 1cc of juvaderm to make sure that you are satisfied with your appearance afterwards.
