Implants that are damaged cannot be repaired. Since you have Saline implants, if your implant had a hole in it, it should deflate and the body would re-absorb the sailine. No attempt should be made to repair any implant. Obviously, this would void any warranty that the manufacturer has on the implants.

After breast augmentation, the swelling you see will be at its maximum for the first one to seven days. You should see a slow decrease in the swelling over the first one to two months. When I see my patients at their two month follow-up, they are usually at their final size. At this point they can safely be fitted for a bra. Just remember, cup sizes can vary significantly between bra manufacturers.

It looks like your implants are too large for your body frame. They have also been placed below your natural fold of the breast and this is caused what we described it as a classic “double bubble deformity”. The Internet is filled with misleading photographs. In my experience, morbidly obese patients are not good candidates for my liposuction. A maximum safe amount of fat removal is around 5 liters. For patients that are very overweight this usually will not make a significant difference in their photographs.

I think each patient is different. Most patients can have some liposuction done at the same time as an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) and liposuction to the upper abdomen is almost always done at the same time.
