You do have excessive projection of your nose from your face and this could be improved as well as the bump removed with reduction of the bony and cartilaginous dorsum of your nose. Your nose is wide and requires bony in-fracturing. Your nasal tip is large and tip modification and refinement could be done through an open rhinoplasty approach. If you have any breathing issues then these could be addressed at the same time and insurance coverage might offset your costs….

You definitely need a tummy tuck. Your panniculus is too large and your stretch marks are too severe to fix with diet and exercise. Even if you lost weight you would still have loose skin and ugly stretch marks. In addition. your abdominal musculature would be tightened with a tummy tuck giving you an even flatter appearance.

You have deviation of the long and cartilaginous dorsum of your nose and a large dorsal lump. This could be corrected with reduction of the bone and cartilage of your nose and in-fracturing of the bone to get alignment. You also have lack of supra tip definition and a bulky and amorphous nasal tip. These tip problems could be corrected nicely through on open rhinoplasty approach.

Since you are symptomatic with pain then reduction of your breasts is the best approach. You also have very large areolas that would be reduced at the same time. I would use the vertical reduction approach which will eliminate the long scar in the inframammary crease area that is present with the old standard breast reduction procedures.
I got saline implants in August 2001. I’m noticing ripples under my breast. Is that normal?

One of the issues with saline implants besides the high incidence of deflations is the unnatural look and feel in some patients. Ripples either palpated or visual on direct view are a real problem. We frequently do implant exchanges and swap out the old saline implants with the new cohesive gel silicone implants. These new silicone implants have a much more natural look and feel.
