It looks like you obtained an excellent initial result stable for at least six months. Recurrence of diastasis is not unheard of depending upon repair details and your exercise habits. You will need a hands on exam by your plastic surgeon to determine the potential fix. Unusual result.

From your photos, it would appear that you are a good candidate for a routine Anchor pattern breast lift. I believe that will give you the best short and long term result. Implants are not necessary unless you want a larger volume. The current volume you have appears to be quite sufficient for your size.

The level of sedation and/or anesthesia for any procedure is a decision between the patient and his/her doctors and ranges between local anesthesia only to full general anesthesia with IV sedation in between. If you are uncomfortable with the options that your surgeon is offering, get another opinion.

Just an observation. What is important is how YOU see yourself, partners can be transient. Your breasts appear perfectly normal. Size can be adjusted with implants if you desire bigger breasts. No lift is needed. Safest path to happiness may be change of partner, not breasts.

The presence of an upper abdominal chevron scar would pretty much rule out a traditional tummy tuck. it would be possible to do a reverse tummy tuck utilizing the current scar and pulling up instead of down. The results are pretty good although the scar remains in a visible area.

Based upon your photos, I would suggest a revision/ repeat of your Mastopexy with either removal of your implants or replacement with smaller units in a new modified pocket so that your implants and breasts coexist as one unit. It depends on you vision of an acceptable size breast. Both options can dependably give you an excellent aesthetic and lasting result.

I think you would do very nicely with a standard pattern breast lift with or without implants depending on your vision of breast volume. I don’t know where you live but an average South Florida fee for the procedure I propose would be significantly less than that in your quote. Anything added to this procedure might likely add risk rather than result.

Fused toes (or fingers) are not uncommon and can usually be significantly improved. A good exam with quality x-rays are needed to truly identify the problem and plan an appropriate surgical procedure.
