You should also restrain from the lower body resistance exercising because it is very hard to separate the inside body pressures and blood pressures will be tranmitted from one area of the other, similar to a hydralics system. Proabbly best to stick with light range of motion activity.

Swelling at 8 days will normally cause this form of rounding of the lower lids. As the swelling goes down the lower lids should spring back into normal position. Time and waiting is the best policy but some additional therapies may help including taping, compression, and massaging. If it does not correct by 6 weeks then you may want to revisit your surgeon.

Unfortunately, there is no non surgical way of substantially reducing your breasts. Your best bet is to have a surgical breast reduction preformed by a board certified plastic surgeon. A great way to start would be to consult your primary care physician to see if you are a candidate for insurance coverage.

When choosing a “top surgeon” it is best to find one that is board certified in Otolaryngology and Plastic Surgery and who has experience performing otoplasty. There are 10 different techniques, they all have advantages and disadvantages and I have found that combining 3 of the techniques is the safest and most reliable for avoiding complications.

At this point in the healing process, this swelling could be normal, but a doctor can confirm this by palpation and/or needle aspiration. I would recommend going back to the doctor ASAP for confirmation.

It is a common problem especially in adult males because of the rigidity (or strength) of the cartilage, it may worsen or increase and will continue to change until up to 6-12 months. The only way to corect this is surgery–usually after 12 months. It is not dangerous if done correctly.
Do I have a double bubble and will my scar ever go away?

It does appear form the photos that you do have a double bubble. Altering the inside of the capsule and breast tissue may improve the lower breast contours, however, the details depend on the type of implant and where it is being placed. The scar will never go away 100 % but it is possible that you will continue healing and changing for the next few months.
After breastfeeding, I had a BA & lift in July 2014. Was meant to be 300 in left 270 in right.

After looking at your photos you have several alternatives. 1) Take out the implants and try to sew the pocket on the sides and then return the implants 2) Take the implants out for 6 months and then redo the whole surgery form the beginning or 3) If volume is the main issue then you could have the larger implant reduced to 270cc or a lesser volume depending on the implant. If you are unhappy with your results then it is the ideal time from surgery to consider a revision.

This is a great question, its always best to wait at least 6 weeks to let the swelling go down. Sometimes the swelling is uneven do to more use of one side over the other. Be patient and the healing will come.
