Although a breast lift improves the overall shape and appearance of breasts that are droopy or saggy by removing excess stretched out skin, it does not add volume or upper pole fullness to the breasts like an implant does. A breast augmentation with implants is really the most ideal way to obtain fuller, rounder breasts with upper pole fullness and enhanced cleavage.

In order to be an ideal surgical candidate for a Brazilian butt lift, there must be a sufficient amount of fatty tissue in the abdominal region. This is because the fat is liposuctioned from this area and transferred back into the buttocks. If there is not enough fat present in this region, it will not yield enough fat for the transfer process.

Although the overall shape and contour of the breast will be improved by performing a lift, the only way to enhance the upper pole fullness of the breasts is with placement of an implant. This is why a "mastopexy augmentation" is oftentimes the best way to enhance the overall shape and contour of the breasts, especially following chilbirth and/or breast feeding.

Hello and thank you for your question. The best way to manage a suspicious mole is to have it biopsied by a board certified dermatologist. This is really the only way to confirm a diagnosis. If the biopsy results indicate the need for removal of the mole, a plastic surgeon referral may sometimes be necessary.

Thank you for your question. It is very normal to have swelling and bruising in the lips following injection with fillers due to the fact that the lips are very vascular. It typically takes up to 2 wks for all swelling to resolve. At that time, you will be able to get a more accurate assessment of symmetry.

Thank you for your question. These lines are referred to as nasolabial folds and they represent the junction between your cheeks and lip area. I like to inject Restylane Defyne or Refyne into these lines because they help to fill them in but also allow for dynamic movement, meaning they will not result in lumps or bumps during facial animation.
