There will be some improvement with time and the deep wrinkles will soften. However, you may need additional treatment including Botox and injections of fillers to improve the wrinkles.
Post neck and facelift swelling got worse after 4 weeks.

There may be further improvement over the next several weeks, but a revision may be needed along the jawline no sooner than 6 -12 months post-op. Firm areas should be massaged gently and usually will improve with time or with very low dose injections of cortisone to hasten the resolution. . You should be seen soon by a Plastic Surgeon to evaluate the lumps, tightness, etc.

The bulging above may represent fluid accumulation or muscle weakness. Have your Plastic Surgeon examine you to determine what is causing the swelling. An ultrasound examination will provide the answer.

It depends upon how long ago your procedure was performed. If less than 3 months, it should improve. Dog ears and small contour irregularities can be taken care of under local anesthesia. Have your Plastic Surgeon evaluate you.

You can have a tummy-tuck including liposuction, but you will have adjacent areas that need attention as well. You may be properly motivated to lose weight after the tummy-tuck and weight loss will often lead to loose skin which will require a second procedure to remove the excess skin.

Five hours is a safe limit and that is a lot to accomplish. IV sedation or MAC work best. Oral sedation will be difficult when you add a Rhinoplasty.

You may need pain medication for another 7 days, but decreasing the narcotics will be helpful in allowing you to feel better. There are anti-inflammatory medications that will alleviate your pain without the side effects of the narcotic medications. Check with your surgeon

An accurate assessment of this issue would require seeing your photos. A lip lift is not indicated if you already have upper teeth show unless the teeth are very long in which case they can be shortened along with a lip lift. Again, photos are essential.
