Hello,It looks as if your implants are still riding a little high which is why your nipples are pointing downward. This is totally normal at only 3 weeks out. If your body temperature is within the normal range there is absolutely no need to worry about the integrity of the implant. If Mentor is replacing your implants at no cost to you, it shouldn’t make a difference in price whether you decide to go bigger or not. In my practice, the only difference in price [in terms of implants] is whether my patient decides on Saline or Silicone Gel. In other words, whether you choose a 200cc Saline implant or a 600cc Saline implant, the price is the same. Your surgeon may do things differently though, so I would check with him/her. Best of…

2 weeks is far too early to be concerned about the shape of your breasts. Swelling is still in affect and your pectoral muscles are still trying to accommodate their new “friends”. Give it some time. 13 days is too early to be concerned about the appearance of your belly button/ scar. It should fade with time and be less noticeable. Make sure and put sunscreen on it if you will be in the sun. The sun tends to darken scars, especially ones that have not fully healed. Although it will continue to look better at 3, 6, and 8 months, you should plan on final results at 1 year. Best of luck!

The squishing noise and swelling is very normal post Breast Augmentation Surgery. You should expect the initial swelling to go down substantially sometime within the next 1- 2 weeks or so. You’ll start feeling more like yourself as the implants settle in and that squeeky, squishy noise goes away.

Swelling after breast augmentation is completely normal as well as the “I’m bigger than I wanted to be!” feeling. You should expect swelling to subside substantially within 1- 2 weeks. Try and hold off on buying new bras for at least 3 months so you wont waste any money on cute bra’s that won’t fit properly down the road! Best of luck and happy healing!
