You have a very mild form of tubular breast deformity. I might even be hard pressed to put you into that classification. None the less you are an excellent candidate for a breast augmentation procedure whereby you can also reduce your areolar diameter and correct your puffy nipple issues with a minimal scar.

Given the fact that you have had this closed before, I would definitely use the vac to help the wound healing process. It is actually less wound care than doing daily wet to dry dressing changes. They do have portable versions now so that you can do your daily activities using a small fanny pack type module. Once you see healthy granulation tissue from the base then potentially the wound could be closed. Hope this helps. Good luck.
How many times does a seroma need to be drained before it goes away?

The key to having a seroma resolve is by aspirating it every other day to decompress the cavity and allow the cavity to obliterate. My only concern is that the cheek fluid collection could also represent a leak of salivary fluid. It should be checked for amylase to make sure that you do not have a salivary gland injury. Otherwise I think frequent aspiration is the key to getting the seroma to resolve in conjunction with a good compression garment. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Yes it is absolutely possible to have both a Brazilian butt lift and fat grafting to the breasts done at the same time. The issue will be whether you have enough donor fat. The use of the Revolve fat grafting system greatly accelerates the time to harvest and therefore it can be done within a reasonable amount of time. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Since you are 5 years post tummy tuck, your scars are mature and really will not be very responsive to laser treatments. Your best option is to have the scar revised under local. This could easily be done in an office-type setting. That way the scar could also be moved slightly more internally so it is not so noticeable. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Typically I would recommend at least 3 months between major operations like a Brazilian butt lift and a tummy tuck. This will allow for the tummy tuck to heal and for you to recover. Based on your photographs, you are an excellent candidate for a mastopexy alone. You have adequate breast tissue and you appear to have some asymmetry as well with the right breast fuller than the left. At 8 weeks post op after Brazilian butt lift you can at this point resume strenuous activities. Begin slowly and work your way up to your normal regimen. Let your body tell you what you should or shouldn't be doing in terms of discomfort. I would recommend you continue to wear a supportive elastic exercise garment during your activities. Based on the description it sounds like you may have developed a post- operative fluid collection or seroma. Wearing your support garment will help to try to resorb the fluid but in the end you may need to have it aspirated. Otherwise this seroma fluid create a permanent cavity that may be more difficult to treat. I also worry about these fluid collections getting infected. Iwould recommend you seek out another surgeon to address this as soon as possible. Hope this helps....

Based on your photographs you would be an optimal candidate for both augmentation and mastopexy. Although you could have your implants placed above the muscle to try to avoid a lift, I think the breast would appear low and you would not achieve the upper pole fullness that you desire. A donut or periareolar mastopexy has its limitations. It is particularly useful to reduce the diameter of the areola but is a fairly weak procedure in terms of lifting the breast. One must be careful about when to apply this procedure. The risk is leaving a flattened breast with a pleated appearance to the incision. Based on your symptoms and photographs it is likely that you have developed a vaginal yeast infection. This is particularly common after surgery where you may have been prescribed antibiotics orally.
