I feel that a filler would be best in your case, using Juvederm is a option you might want to try first, this is a filler that will plump up the lines above your lip which would cause them to not have a wrinkle look.

I believe in your case it probably would be best for you to have a mini tummy tuck, panniculectomys are more for patients who have had extreme weight loss and have a large pannus of skin hanging in their lower abdomen area. Sending a picture also might help me determine whats best for you.
I’m 16 years old and have saggy boobs. It’s really hard being young and I also do a lot of sport.
