Using Botox to lift breasts is not practical! A breast lift generally involves some sort of a surgical procedure, whether it involves using only an implant, or a surgical lift.

Looking at your photos it would be possible; however, that will depend on how much you would like the enhancement. Oftentimes, in these cases, I combine an implant as well as fat transfer. Harvesting fat will have to take it mainly from your thighs, and your hips and back. I suggest a formal consultation.

Based on the photos I would recommend a lift as well as an implant. Sometimes a lift can be averted with a larger implant; therefore, a consultation would be best. Implants alone, though, will likely cause a “double” breast look.

Your history is not uncommon, but every one’s history is unique to every person. Large breasts can and do cause self esteem issues. fortunately, breast reduction can result in profound improvement in appearance and improvement in self esteem.Perky breasts are very possible and so is symmetry. I recommend follow up with a Board certified plastic surgeon for a proper, and thorough consultation.

By the photos submitted it appears that your result was excellent. The closeness is mainly due to the larger implants, your particular anatomy, and the cleavage “created”, though it appears also that you already had a well formed cleavage. I wouldn’t be concerned.

The sensation of decreased hearing is most likely due to dried blood in the external canal. Rarely, a cotton ball or a gauze may have been left behind. I suggest seeing your surgeon for a check.

It is difficult to make a recommendation from the photos, but, I would suggest fat grafting and a lift. The results will be natural, and, in my opinion, superior. You may not even need a lift!

Obtaining a natural appearing breast, following augmentation, can be challenging at times; however, I recommend not having very large implants placed. It is difficult to make an exact recommendation from the photos, but placing it under the muscle would be much better, in my opinion.

Occasional pain, or discomfort is not uncommon within several weeks of the surgery; however, I recommend having your surgeon examine it. Infections are very uncommon.

Recovery from fat grafting to the breast will vary from one person to another, but generally, it is not long. The bruising will last 1-3 weeks, and the over all appearance should be complete by 2-3 months. Usually, the liposuctioned areas have the most discomfort.

Be Honest! I believe that the most common cause of unhappy patients is the lack of communication. The doctor should be the source of information about a particular procedure, but it is the patient’s task to provide exactly what it is that they want. At this point the doctor should be able to determine whether the request is either realistic, or whether it can be performed, based on their experience.

Removal of fat following grafting is certainly possible, but it does depend on the location placed. This will require “localized” liposuction of the grafted fat. Fat grafting is a technical procedure and requires skill as well as experience.

The “bump” may be from many causes. It is not unusual to have slightly swollen incision line. there could also be other causes. I recommend going back to your surgeon and having it evaluated. It does not sound like an infectious process.

Very minor lifting (less than a few pounds) may be fine, but I would always be safe. I do not recommend going back to the gym so soon following your surgery. Normally, I tell my patients that they resume near normal activities by approximately 6-8 weeks post-op.
