It is hard to answer this without images of you looking straight ahead relaxed, then raising your eyebrows and getting angry and frowning.

Discovered a mole on my upper back. Could this be melanoma?

This mole shows assymetry in size shape and color. I dont see the whitish lesion. I think this is a “dysplastic (clark or atypical)” mole, but if it has been changing it increases the chance of melanoma. Dermatoscopic evaluation could be helpful in ruling out melanoma without a biopsy. I would favor seeing a dermatologist and getting a biopsy. Splinter hemmorrhages may be due to just injury, but they have been associated with serious disease such as endocarditis. your nails show exess red bands and you need to be evaluated for skin diseases as cause by dermatologist possible medical problems autoimmune,lung and so on.

Thickening of skin causes velvety darkness about mouth and areas you described known as acanthosis nigricans. Often associated increased levels of growth hormone like effect of high insulin levels overweight and diabetic tendency . Growths are not zits and require a biopsy to diagnose. You may need and endocrinologist.

Yellow oil glands normal structures in skin. Oil glands often enlarge as we age . they are of no significance. They are not contagious. they are difficult to treat for cosmetic reasons if desired since systemic therapy is too toxic and surcical would leave scars. For severe cases they can be reduced with laser or electrosugery but not entirely removed without some tiny pinpoint white scars
