As long as you clipped them and did not pluck/pull them, they should grow back. Give it time. Should be better in a few months.
Is it possible to bald in areas not transplanted with hair?

Hair transplant will not counteract your tendency to bald. Grafted hairs should be biochemically protected from MPB if harvested appropriately from the lower posterior scalp. Based on your age, the best thing to do would be to see a hair transplant doctor and discuss this. Younger patients with aggressive loss would be better served to wait and also to use adjunctive means of maintaining existing hair.

Thanks for submitting the photograph. Often it is easier to tell what you need in person, but a rough estimate from what I see is in the range of 1200-1500. Hope that helps.

It is unlikely to lose transplanted hair so long as it was harvested from the appropriate “protected” or “safe zone.” It is possible that the lost follicles are really your native hair that is thinning. As to options now, that would require consultation with a hair transplant doctor.

Generally I would recommend waiting 48-72 hours for first shampoo using a cup of room temperature water with shampoo mixed in applied gently. At 7-14 days normal shampooing can be resumed. This is true for the typical patient in my practice but you should confer with your own physician.

Brachioplasty (AKA arm lift) can be designed in different ways. Cosmetic
surgery for the arms can be something as simple as liposuction alone, provided
the skin elasticity is good. If there is loose skin, a procedure that removes
this skin is usually necessary. The tradeoff (as for most cosmetic surgery) is
the scar that will result. An arm lift that only requires a small tuck may be
done with the incision positioned in the axilla (armpit). This scar would only
