Yes sub pectoral and dual plane can be done through a areolar incision. Your family doctor is wrong. If you have saline they are more palpable. You do have some asymmetry in the picture as well. Both could be improved if you have saline and switch to silicone.

Dual plane larger implant silicone. Best of both placements. Subglandular does have a slightly higher capsular contracture rate and more issues long term. Dual plane does give a slight lifting to the breast. You did not state what size bra you want to be. Based on your pictures I would rec 400 cc High profile to get you to a full c small d.

If you have excess fat that you can pinch and is over a inch, then liposuction would help. If you have a large rib cage and no extra fat, then it will not. Talk with your surgeon and see.

In my "opinion" and most plastic surgeons "opinion" 700 cc is probably too big for you. However the size "you" want to be is your choice. We are here to advise you of the risks of large heavy implants and you will then make a informed decision. 550 would probably do better long term. 700 may stretch your breast over time and may at some point require a lift. You did not state what size you want to be. I think that the result that you are looking for is what will determine the profile. It appears you are talking about saline? I think you would do better long term with silicone. If you are 12 cm wide you would do good with about a 375 High profile silicone implant +/- 25 to 50 cc for the asymetry. The real question is what size do you want to be. I have found that most women that state "DDD" usually are actually much larger than the bra size. Custom fit bras are expensive and most women just find one that works in the store. I would discuss what size you want to be with your surgeon and decide if that is OK with or not.

Yes. Althought there is never a way to predict if the scar would spread or not. There should be less tension now than when it was done. Healing is not always under the control of the surgeon. Scars tend to spread wihen there is a lot of tension and when genetics cause you to heal poorly.

The beauty of the pro fractional laser is the ability to tailor the treatment to the expected results and downtime.  These two go hand in hand.  I would discuss with your doctor the expected results and what you are willing to have as downtime to guide the settings used during the treatment.  Sometimes it will take more treatments to have the desired results with less downtime.
