100cc increase is enough to make a noticeable difference. The new implants will not project (stick out as much), but they will fill out your upper breast better. Increasing size usually gives a more unnatural appearance, however, dropping down to lower profile will mitigate that and maybe look even more natural.

You potentially have an infection which requires antibiotics and possibly removal of the implant. The longer you wait, the more difficult it may be to solve the problem with only antibiotics.

Your scheduled surgery a completely elective operation. Smoking 11 days before surgery increase your risks of devastating complications. While those risks are still low, I recommend you reschedule. You are spending a lot of hard earned money, taking time off from work/family/friends, and going through some pain and discomfort – why not do everything you can to make the result as perfect as possible?

Beast augmentation and breast implants are the same thing. Stop smoking now. The longer time you take off smoking before surgery the more you decrease your risk of complications due to the smoking. Most surgeons ask patients to quit smoking anywhere between 2 weeks and 2 months before surgery. The longer the better.
Is serrapeptase safe to take after breast augmentation?

If you were my patient I would ask you not to take any supplements at least 7 days before surgery until you have healed and recovered. There is no evidence serrapeptase prevents capsular contracture “internal scarring). There is also no evidence of what the side effects may be. So don’t take chances. Have your surgery, recover and heal, and then you can take any supplement you choose. Until then, trust that your surgeon is doing everything possible to prevent capsular contracture.
Can sensation return after 12 year old breast implant removal?

If you lost sensation 12 years ago after the implants were placed, and the sensation never returned, then the sensation will not return after removing the implants 12 years later.If you lost sensation after removal of 12 year old implants, it should come back.

It’s perfectly fine to get a second opinion. Many surgeons offer free consults while some charge. Nine weeks after surgery is still early, and you still do not have your final result. Minor asymmetries are common and usually even out after 6 months. Unless you have significant asymmetry, no plastic surgeon would be able to offer an opinion on whether you would benefit from a revision at this early point.

I assume your surgery was recent. It typically takes at least 6 months for everything to stretch out, settle and heal. It is common for one side to heal differently than the other, but they usually even out. It is also possible that your breasts were not perfectly symmetrical before surgery and, therefore, will not be perfectly symmetrical after surgery. Both implants appear to be in good and symmetrical position right now, so you can expect everything to end up fine. Be patient. It takes time.

It’s reasonable to proceed without a lift if the 3rd surgeon’s examination, experience and technique allows him to be confident you will not end up with a double-bubble or snoopy nose deformity. You may be favoring this surgeon because he is giving you the answer you want. In my opinion you may still need a lift afterwards and should be prepared for that situation.

Your plastic surgeon will be able to best sort this all out for you. Rashes after surgery are not uncommon, usually go away, and usually are nothing bad. Nipple discharge can be many things, but it can happen after breast augmentation in women who were recently breast feeding. See your surgeon, and everything will probably come out just fine.

The tried and true way to correct upper breast deflation after pregnancy is with an implant. If you are averse to using implants fat grafting is an alternative but may not get you the fullness you desire and carries its own risks. The right nipple is also higher than than the left and would remain that way after breast augmentation unless you have a lift on the left (we can’t lower nipples easily, only raise them).
