Thank you so much for your question. It is difficult to tell without seeing you in person, but you do seem like you would be a good candidate for a tummy tuck along with a butt lift. However, you will need some optimization prior to surgery. From your pictures it appears that you have intra-abdominal fat that would prevent you from achieving the results you desire. Congratulations on your weight loss. It is difficult to tell from the pictures but I general to address all the issues you described you would need at least 2 staged procedures. I would recommend starting with lower body lift and liposuction of the truck this is usually combined with breast lift +/- implants. I your case though I would probably combine the lower body lift with the arms and then come back and do the breast lift +/- implants with a thigh lift +/-…

Congratulations on your weight loss and thank you for your post. Based on the photos you would benefit from a lower body lift with liposuction suction of the trunk followed by a thigh lift with liposuction of the thighs to improve overall shape and contour. Congratulations on your weight loss. That is a great accomplishment. Based on your photos I think you would benefit from a lower body lift and possibly fat grafting of the gluteal region. This will ultimately depend on how full you would like your buttock to be. I would recommend an in office evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon to help guide you in this process.

Congratulations on your recent surgery and thanks for your question. You are really early in your post operative period. After vaser liposuction you need time for your skin to contract, time for the fat graft to take and time for the swelling to resolve these process can take up to 6 months to start seeing the final results. If fat has died, it cannot be corrected with a garment. It is pretty early in your post op period I would recommend waiting at least 6 months to assess your results. In addition if the lower inner portion of your buttock along the edge of the buttock crease is your concern that can be corrected with a thong lift, but you must be a good candidate. Thank you so much for your question. Fat is the most common material used to fill the labia majora. It would require a small amount of liposuction, but the upside is that it is permanent. Other temporary fillers can be used but I would only recommend that if you are unsure about the volume you would like or if you are trying to see how much would be required to fix an asymmetry. Thank you so much for your question. Based on your photos the droopy appearance of your breasts would not be corrected with implants alone. You will need a lift as well.
In the photos of you abdomen, I think standard abdominoplasty with liposuction would give you an excellent result. There is always a risk that the site of your belly button can not be completely removed leaving you with a small vertical scar but from the photos I doubt that would be the case…

Thanks so much for your question. It is way too early to be able to judge your scar quality. It takes 6 months to a year for most scars to fully mature. I usually start scar treatment at 3-4 weeks and progress as needed if you are concerned about scarring talk to your board certified plastic surgeon. Thank you so much for your questions. I don’t think your doctor necessarily did anything wrong. Your breast have bottomed out likely due to the weight of you breast. That can be revised. Due to the way your tissue performed, you may consider use of a mesh to help support the weight of your breast.

Thank you for your question. For patients that have had a lift + implants it can actually take a little time for the implants to drop into position. I usually start checking for those issues between 4 and 6 months post op. Long term results are usually judged around 6 months to 1 year.
