Thanks for your question! Depending on the type of implants that you have, it may certainly be possible to exchange your implants using an ‘awake’ method with local anesthesia. If you are otherwise happy with the position of your implants and nipple/areola, smooth implants can be removed and replaced with new implants using your current incision. All the best!

Thanks for your question. I agree that exchanging your current implants for a slight smaller volume, in combination with tightening of the capsule would be the best course of action. I would also recommend using a mesh such as Galaflex, to serve an an internal bra for support. Best of luck!

Thanks for your question! It sounds like you would be an ideal candidate for exchange of your implants to smaller volume, in combination with a lift to restore your breasts after pregnancy. We have found it helpful to use Vectra 3D imaging to simulate how a lift would appear with your current implants. Thanks for your question. Breast implants do continue to change in position after 6 months, but if you have noticed relatively minimal change over the past 2-3 months, it may be that you would be happier with an exchange of one implant for a different size. Thanks for your question. It sounds like you are a great candidate for an implant exchange. A shaped implant would reduce the fullness of the upper pole, but there are downsides of those implants in your case, as they would feel less natural and would be at higher risk for malposition or rotation since you already have an established capsule in the implant pocket.

Thanks for your question! It looks like you would be a great candidate for a full tummy tuck. With that procedure, we would tighten your abdominal muscles, remove the extra skin and stretch marks of the lower part of your abdomen, and typically perform liposuction to contour your waist line and lower back. Thanks for your question! It is possible to combine a breast augmentation/lift with a BBL. The main thing to consider is that you’ll need to sleep on your stomach for the first 2 weeks after the BBL so that there is minimal pressure on the fat that was transferred to your buttocks. There are pros and cons to combining the procedures, but if you are a good candidate for both it is certainly possible. All the best!

Thanks for your question. In general, the recovery after a breast lift with implants is easier than after a tummy tuck. To some degree, the amount of soreness depends on whether the implants are placed above or below the muscle, but that has a relatively small impact on your overall recovery. There are typically three portions of the tummy tuck procedure- repair of any abdominal muscle weakness (diastasis), removal of the excess skin of the lower abdomen, and liposuction to contour the waistline and lower back.
