Based on your photographs, you will be a candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and back with fat transfer to you buttocks (BBL).
If you are 24 and otherwise healthy, you will likely be a good candidate for this procedure with low risk from surgery and anesthesia.
Discuss your specific goals and concerns with your plastic surgeon.
Today makes my 37th day after my tummy tuck (no lipo performed). I still have my drain in.

Most patients are able to have their drains removed after a tummy tuck prior to 37 days post op. I have seen patients that have had large amounts of weight loss require drains to stay in for a long period of time secondary to low levels of protein. I recommend scheduling an appointment discussing your concerns with your plastic surgeon.

Weight loss after fat transfer may change your results. Unfortunately you cannot selectively choose where this weight loss will occur.
Your best results in plastic surgery will occur when you are as close to your goal weight as possible.

It is very hard to tell based on a photograph if there is significant nipple necrosis. It may be, as others have suggested, that the color changes that you are seeing are related to bruising. I recommend scheduling a follow up with your plastic surgeon for further evaluation.

You are still early in your post operative recover period from placement of rather large implant. Your tissues will gradually stretch to accommodate your implants and your look with soften with time. You should continue to discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon and follow his or her recommendations. I would expect to see significant changes between now and 4-6 months following your surgery so try to be patient with your results as your body heals….

Following augmentation surgery, it is not uncommon that one breast may hurt more than the other. It is unlikely that reaching for things on your bedside table would cause something that would alter your results.
The pain that you describe sounds like nerve pain and I predict that it will resolve as you heal. I recommend discussing your concerns with your plastic surgeon at your first post operative visit.

It appears that based on your photographs, you have some stitches that are spitting. This can be often be managed with local wound care such as antibiotic ointment and gauze dressings. Make sure to follow your plastic surgeons recommendations and express your concerns with them at your next post operative visit.

It does appear that your body is reacting to the sutures that were placed during the augmentation and lift. These sutures often dissolve and your body will heal as the suture material dissolves.
Continue local wound care as directed by your doctor. Make sure do discuss your concerns with him or her at your post operative visits.

Your best results from plastic surgery will be achieved when you are at a stable weight that is close to you goal weight. Significant weight loss after surgery may lead to alteration of your results.
Working out to achieve good muscle tone will always be of benefit, although significant weight loss can lead to loose skin that is difficult to treat without surgical intervention.

Opening of your wound is scary and disruptive for a patient, especially following cosmetic surgery. Based on your photographs, your wound seems to be improving with your current wound care regimen.
I predict that your wound will be healed in the 4-8 week time range and then your scar will continue to improve for some time following.
Discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon.
I have my stitches removed Monday 3-13-17 and I hope to hear good news.

You are very early in the post operative period. It will take some time for your new breasts to incorporate into your body image. Give yourself time to recover and heal. As your implants settle your new shape will be revealed.

You should discuss your goals and objectives with your plastic surgeon. I recommend bringing pictures of wishes or wants, as well as pictures of what you don’t want.
I would also communicate to your surgeon that you want a lasting uplifted result. If a lift is needed to achieve these results then that is the best way to proceed.

Thanks for the question. Your concerns are similar to those that many women who have had and breast fed children. Restoring your breast is a reasonable consideration after pregnancy and having children. Based on your pictures, I would recommend removal of both implants with complete capsulotomy. This will treat the capsular contracture. You can then choose a smaller implant with a lower profile to allow for a more natural profile. I would also recommend placing the implants under your chest muscle for a more natural transition on your chest wall.
