Recommendation would be to remove implant and decrease size by at least 100-150cc .Thus will make the upper. Rest less full more natural looking but the trade off is the areola will still look a little low on breast. You could always lift the areola so it is more centered on the implant and breast mound.

Sound like you have a severe capsular contracture which is a scar envelope surrounding the implant causing this pain. A capsule is normal following an implant but in 20% patients this capsule can get progressively tighter to the point that it causes pain. The treatment is releasing or removing the capsule and putting the implant back into the new released pocket and start aggressive post operative massage to help prevent capsule tightening from reoccurring.

The best option to get a shape and size proportional to your body frame and age would be a vertical breast lift with a 300cc High profile silicone implant for a perky medium C cup look. Looking at your photos, your breasts are completely natural looking and don’t look fake at all. My recommendations would be to not change shape or size or profile at all. I don’t like low profile implant at all- they are so wide compared to the normal breast width diameter and to short – leaving the breast looking wide and flat. Breast shape is amazing size is right on for your frame. My practice is 90% breast augmentation and breast lifts –yours are perfect.

I would have the MD do a scar revision under local with a pull out subcuticular suture with steri striping for 2 week after the scar revision. If there is evidence of rupture is is safest to schedule a removal of ruptured implant and replacement with new implant- if yor implants were placed in the US – the implant company give a warranty to replace implant. Amy, I can not think of any reason to leave a incision open – maybe a dog bite to prevent infection. Some Doctors leave liposuction incision open- I can not see where this even make any since. However they should close over 2 weeks – band aid and antibiotic ointment.

Your incision for an abdominoplasty can be made about 1-2cm into the pubic hair line which is where I prefer because it leaves a scar that can easily be hidden by undergarment/bikini. The lower the better- do not know why DR told you about bladder injury- would never happen! Sounds like a good excuse to tell a patient that did not like how high the scar was. I do about 2-3 abdominoplasty per week with extremely successful incision placement for beautiful results.
