Just from viewing the photos you posted, we would recommend a tummy tuck.  It looks like you have some loose skin & liposuction will not tighten your skin.  If you want a totally flat stomach a tummy tuck would be the best way to go.

We typicall tell our patients to sleep however is comfortable for them after liposuction.  If you are a back sleeper maybe try to put a pillow under your knees, that will take some of the pressure off your buttocks while you sleep.
Are women's breast's bandaged-up for a certain amount of time after surgery?

Each office has their own protocol regarding bandages after breast enlargement surgery.  Here at our office our patients return the day after surgery to have the bandages removed.  Then we give them a sports bra to wear & go over massage techniques.  I would suggest when you go for a consultation make sure and ask what their protocol is regarding bandages.Good luck with your research.
