Thank you for your questions and photo.Redness after reduction surgery is not uncommon and can occur for several reasons.We see this from skin sensitivity to something it came in contact with, ointments and tapes are common sources. The healing tissue increasing blood flow in the superficial skin also causes redness. Thank you for your question and photos.Raised, thicken scars can be treated several ways. Lasers can work on the color and texture of the scar. Steroid injections can soften and flatten scars but at the risk of hypopigmentation of the skin. Scar revisions can remove the scar although recurrence of poor scarring can result.I would discuss your options with your surgeon. Congratulations on your surgery. Changes will occur due to resolving edema and settling of the implants over the next several weeks.When your implant surgery has settled and is no longer changing, many early asymmetries will have resolved. Thank you for your question.Although safe, if the exact same area at the same level is being injected, I’m not sure of the indication for using two different fillers.Often an area might need a deeper filler as well as a more superficial filler layered over it and I often use Radiesse and a hyaluronic acid filler in combination for this.Discussion with your qualified surgeon should explain your options and materials for different areas and different levels of treatment
