I would not personally recommend lipo 360 for your specific case. Due to your anatomy, a tummy tuck would be the best option for you. Seeing as the skin doesn't look like it has the best elasticity, removing the excess skin would give you the best results possible. During the tummy tuck procedure, muscle re-tighening can also be done.

Hello. If you have had several infections after a belly button piercing, I would highly recommend to not try again. The skin post tummy tuck is extremely thin and also may not hold the belly button ring and may tear.
