Thank you for your question. From the photos you have a square shape to your buttock area. I would recommend aggressive lipo-sculpture above and around the actual buttock area. Round intra-musculature gluteal implants would add great volume to where you need it.

I think from the pictures you sent, that you have a square shaped gluteal area. This is best treated with shaping the surrounding area aggressively with liposuction and using that harvested fat to augment the actual buttocks. Perhaps you will then not need gluteal implants in addition to all this shaping .

You appear to have a variation of Tuberous breasts. This is more common than you would imagine. The correction involves a breast lift and most likely a breast implant to provide upper pole fullness.

Lip Implants in general should be 3/4 to 5/6 the length of the lip depending on lip shape. The position of the implant within the lip width is critical to provide the needed volume increase and lift.

Correction of tuberous breasts requires two procedures performed at the same time. 1) Sub-muscular breast implant placement and 2) breast lifting with reduction of the enlarged areola through an incision around the nipple. This procedure, in general, depending on desired size, can give a pleasing breast shape. Costs to be expected can range from around 8,000-10,000.
