Vaser Lipo is my recommendation from what I see in these photographs and regular lipo would also be an option for you. The body can retain some larger pockets of fat even though the overall fat percentage is low. Vaser Lipo will remove this fat from your abdomen as long as it is superficial fat and not visceral (fat around your internal organs). It has been shown that use of the Vaser Lipo decreases the amount of blood loss and appears to lessen bruising and swelling.

It is normal for there to be some lumps in the initial stages following Vaser Liposuction, however they will go away with time. Some swelling may persist up to 6 months after this procedure and in most cases patients benefit from wearing the compression garmet for several months post-surgery. I generally reccomend that my patients wear the garment for 4-6 months after Vaser Lipsuction and it can still still help even if worn only at times.

This is a good question. Depending on how much breast tissue and body fat one has depends on how the saline implants will look. Saline implants are filled with saline (sterile water) as a result, sometimes if there is not enough breast tissue or body fat to cover the saline implants, one could see wrinkles or ripples. Good question. Depending on a few factors depends on the answer. Love handles usually respond very well to liposuction. I prefer VASER liposuction simply because of the quick recovery. The belly area is at times not good for liposuction simply because some times the fat is not superficial.

Hi Hannah,
In New York, legal age of consent is 18 years old. However, usually one does not need Botox at that age for lines in the face. We give Botox only if someone is developing permanent lines. Usually, it takes many years to develope the muscles which in turn makes one develope lines. The youngest we have given Botox to was late 20's, and that is only because she had started developing lines. The usual age range is in the 30's.
