Great question. Prices vary from doctor to doctor, as well as the area you are in. Generally speaking, saline implants are less expensive than silicone. In our area (Sacramento region) saline implants range from $5000-$6000, and silicone ranges from $6000-$7000. Keep in mind there may be other out of pocket expenses including lab work, prescriptions, and possibly a mammogram and EKG depending on your age.
