The swelling will dissipate and the implants will settle in and this will likely make the breasts appear rounder. However, I do not think your end result will look like your wish photos as your body shape is different.

Your pictures suggest that a lift is needed. Implants alone will not provide an appropriate result. Your breast position and shape needs to be tailored first and then an implant can used to give the improved breast shape more volume.

From your pictures alone, you appear to be a good candidate for VASER liposuction. An in person exam would be needed to further assess your skin quality. I would recommend avoiding an abdominoplasty for now.

Your photos are limited but it appears that your shoulders are not straight and are tilted thereby affecting an accurate symmetry assessment. The space between your breasts appears appropriate and is determined by your anatomy( sternal width, pectoralis attachments) etc. assuming the implants are submuscular. Preop photos would also be helpful.

From your pictures, I do not feel a lift is needed. A dual plane augmentation would be my approach. A lift could always be done later if needed but this is unlikely so avoid the additional scars for now. Best of luck!

An in person exam is necessary but your pictures suggest that different sized implants would likely achieve proper symmetry along with increased volume. Other additional options include fat transfer and mastopexies which could be performed alone or in conjunction with implants.

Does the MD carry the malpractice insurance if they are coming into a medispa to administer Botox?

This is a question that has a number of possible answers. Some medspas have their own insurance that may cover the injecting physician but this is not a requirement. Most physicians also carry their own malpractice insurance. HOWEVER, most physicians personal malpractice insurance will NOT cover them while injecting Botox or anything else in a medspa that they do not own. I recommend aganist a Benelli lift as it will likely result in an inadequate amount of lifting and a flattened appearance. I recommend at least a vertical mastopexy with or without implants. If your opposed to silicone, saline should work nicely as it appears that you have a reasonable amount of breast tissue to cover them.
I have wrinkly loose skin post exchange surgery (double mastectomy). Any suggestions?

I have found that the final implant size is typically a bit larger than the final cc’s in the expander. The expanders are hard and therefore exert pressure on the skin envelope. The implants are soft and are more likely to be compressed by your tissue. Although your loose skin may contract some, I do not think all of the laxity will go away. If your unhappy, I’d consider larger implants combined with fat transfer to improve the contour.

I would recommend an arm lift. I frequently use liposuction in addition to the lift which I feel improves the overall contour. But lipo alone will likely lead to deflated and more loose skin.

I think you would be a candidate for fat transfer to the area that was over suctioned. The most common “complication” with lipo is contour deformity. I suspect that the goal of obtaining the fat to transfer to your breast overshadowed the donor site contour result. This is unfortunate but can be significantly improved.

Your results are nice, and may improve somewhat with more time. You do have mild symmetry to start with. This can be made more noticeable with implants. The right implant could possibly be encouraged to drop a little with massage or a band.

In my opinion, you need a lift. No implant, regardless of size, is likely going to give you the results you hope achieve. No one likes scars, but those of a breast lift are a necessary trade off for a perky youthful breast result. Very few women or men find huge augmented but sagging breasts attractive. This however is personal opinion and requires an in person examine and discussion.

It appears that your inframmary fold is well established and symmetrical. I would estimate that it likely will not change much over time. That said, even though your results are nice, the nipple is a little high on the breast mound and not ideally centered.
