Hi and thanks for your question. You might be able to just do liposculpture but without examening you in person it is difficult to say exactly what I would recommend. It appears to me like you have a little looseness of your skin so your best option would be liposculpture combined with a minimal scar, very low skin excision to make it tight. It is very hard to tell in the photo exactly what is going on because of the lighting and focus. Most of the time when filler is placed too superficially and causing blebs it looks a little bluish. This is called the Tyndall effect. If this is the case the only way to treat it is too dissolve the filler with an enzyme that the doctor injects called hyaluronidase. Make sure you go to a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is experienced in facial fillers.

Thank you for your question. Your areolas are relatively large. We usually design them to be 38-42 mm and yours appear to be around 65ish. Areolar reductions can be done with simply a scar around the areola, however, there are some potential drawbacks.
