As several others have stated, we perform off-label injections of Botox every day and it is safe as well as appropriate to do so when done by someone with experience. The "bunny lines" and chin areas can be effectively treated, but make sure your injector is comfortable, especially treating the lower face. Many of those muscles can have an effect on expression and function of the mouth so I am usually conservative when injecting a new patient. Best of luck to you.
