Since it is approaching 1 year since your surgery, a scar revision should be considered and if there is early evidence of the scars spreading an early intervention would be advised.

Thank you for your inquiry and photos. Based on your height and your chest dimension, I would expect that an implant even up 400cc would serve you well. That would probably put you into a comfortable / full C cup. Also, a peri-areolar lift of the right nipple areolar complex would help to even out the nipple position. Good luck.

Thank you for your inquiry and photos. From the pics it appears that you should be able to achieve a nice result with an augmentation alone using a moderately sized implant. There are differences between the right and left sides and this could be addressed at the same time.

The difference between the 2 sizes you mentioned is less than 2 tablespoons or a shot glass, so there would not be a noticeable difference with these 2 implant sizes. Good luck with your surgery. Also, do a detailed comparison between your breasts before surgery as no one is perfectly symmetrical.

Thank you for your inquiry and photos. From the photos it is apparent that the procedure needed is an abdominoplasty to correct / improve the appearance of your abdomen. Any further lipo is, in my opinion, unwarranted and will not address the real problem which is the excess skin.

Thank you for your inquiry and photos. If you are not planning on having additional children you may consider an abdominal lipectomy (‘tummy tuck’) to correct the mid abdominal laxity. It has been my experience that after childbirth the mid abdominal skin laxity that may be present does not usually respond to exercise and weight loss.

If you are planning more children, I would suggest waiting until you are done and then consider surgery. Good luck.

Thank you for your inquiry and photo. Since there was a seroma post op, the most likely thing is that the lump you are feeling / seeing is an encapsulated seroma. Typically these are somewhat firm but the capsule may still be in development / maturation. If there is a question about it, the easiest way to get an answer would be to have an ultrasound of the area. That could determine what, if anything, would be recommended for treatment. Good luck.

Currently there are several options for the ‘hip dips’ that include injectable fillers or body fat. To address the potential Rx of the breasts measurements are a necessity and coupled with the options available a treatment plan could be formulated.

Thank you for your inquiry. It would be necessary to se your photo with your facial expression at rest. I expect that you will be a candidate for a facelift to improve on your neck contour and the cheek- nasolabial fold sagging rather than the fillers. The problem with fillers is they are frequently overused and leave the patient with a rounded facial appearance.
I recommend you obtain a consultation w a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and maybe evan a second opinion.
