Yes. Your doctor will likely remove excess fat by directly removing it by cutting it out with the skin as well as removing it by performing liposuction. Over time after a tummy tuck your skin will relax. Also the folds you have are consistent with the folds that everyone gets when sitting down as you said it looks good when standing up right. I would discuss this with your Plastic surgeon to see if lipo or skin excision would help.

Swelling and size differences are common after surgery. Based on your photo the degree of difference is substantial and should be evaluated by your plastic surgeon to determine if a hematoma is present.
Mommy makeover with possible BBL?

Doing the BBL with a mommy makeover is possible. I do this with people that have lost a lot of weight that has resulted in a deflated buttocks. Since much of your excess skin tissue will be removed during the body contouring portion of the procedure you can use the fat removed from liposuction at that time for the BBL! Be sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon who does body contouring and fat grafting procedures. Good luck!

A “Mommy makeover” usually consists of a tummy tuck, liposuction and a breast lift. A tummy tuck would give you a flatter tighter tummy, with a low scar that can be hidden in a bikini. Choosing the right implant is more involved then asking for a certain cup size because different stores have different sizes, a C cup at one place may be a D cup at another place. I would schedule a consultation and try on different sizes, different profiles as well as doing 3D computer simulations with different implant profiles and sizes. These are all tools that can be used to find the right implants that matches your body as well as your goals for size and shape.

Your left breast does appear to be more swollen however it is difficult to say because your left breast may have been larger to begin with after surgery. Sometimes fluid collections may cause your breast to be swollen after surgery. I would contact your plastic surgery and let them know your concerns.

It is very normal to have swelling after breast augmentation surgery. If your goal is to have upper breast fullness that is permanent then that is impossible doing a conventional breast augmentation. Your breasts will relax and your tissue will stretch over time and the implant will descend into its final position. By in large most people will have superior breast fullness with an implant as compared to someone who never had an implant.
