Thanks so much for your question. In looking at your pictures, I think a full tummy tuck would get you a much flatter stomach. While you may end up with a longer scar, a full abdominoplasty will help both the upper and lower portion of your abdomen. I would suggest getting second opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon to see what he/she may say since you had some doubts about the mini. Good luck.

This way, the new tummy tuck scar incision will be healthier because we are using new skin, and the old C-section scar will be removed.
