Healing after surgery does take time unfortunately. Your discomfort is consistent with normal healing for some patients. It is also dependent on your sensitivity to pain. It is normal for some patients to be more sensitive to pain. Keep taking your prescribed or recommended pain medications. With time this should pass. However that can take weeks sadly. By the look of your photos, I would recommend a breast enlargement alone. 80 to 90% of my patients are happy with the enlargement. If you have real evidence of a ruptured silicone implant, positive MRI results or changes in physical exam, your priority should not be exercise but implant replacement. Failed silicone gel filled implants exposes the body to the silicone gel which causes chronic inflammation around the implant.
