You have a bit of skin on upper lids and may have slight pros is or droop but it does not show in all pix.msee a board certified plastic,facial plastic or oculi plastic for evaluation and don’t trust just a website!

After pregnancy, you will be a candidate for a full TT. Lipo may or may not help but that decision should be left to your board certified plastic surgeon,ABPS, who can give you a better idea than these pix and determine your health status. Do NOT be fooled by websites as many patients here in Florida are, thinking a website which makes claims is all the proof they need. NOT SO. Call your medical society if you have doubts.Good luck.

I completely disagree with your assessment and feel you are looking at very small changes and claiming “botched”. I Your medial eyebrows appear low and eithr Botox(non-surgical) or browlift will help a bit bit would NOT suggest fillers or other upper lid procedures and disagree about canthal change as it would be difficult to effect this with simple skin removal.

I would not base my decision to do TT on a BMI, but rather physical findings. possible complicating issues and results expected. Be sure to consult a board certified plastic surgeon, ABPS, American Board of Plastic Surgery and do NOT rely on a website claims as this NOT an indicator of competence in all cases. The interstitial space is NOT affected by TT surgery. More likely this is a hormonal issue or cardiac issue and your PCP would be a good stating point.

The leaking is not a complication but a side effect of the procedure and depends on how musch fluid is infused, how much fat is extracted etc. Be sure you go to a board certified plastic surgeon, ABPS, American Board of Plastic Surgery.Websites often make claims that are NOT backed up be training so be careful.

Very good question and shows understanding of physiology. Upper abdominal lipo(muffin top) is a nice addition but I do not do aggressive liposuction at the time of tummy tuck as it might affect blood supply and cause wound breakdown. If you are finished with pregnancies and near ideal body weight for height, be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon, member of the American Board of Plastic Surgeon,ABPS.Dont be fooled by websites which make claims as they are NOT proof of anything.

You appear to be a bit overweight and, if planning a weight reduction routine, I would wait as you do have evidence of jowling  as well. Your neck would need extensive liposuction in your current condition and its important to choose a board certified plastic surgeon, a member of the American Board of Plastic Surgeon,ABPS. Dont rely on website claims as they are NOT proof of certification and often make fake claims.

Pictures would be helpful. Dont be fooled by website claims as they are NOT proof of board certification.

Facelifts are done for various indications and a “minifacelift’ implies less but involves similar incisions. The rhinoplasty can be done at the same time and I also would suggest a board certified plastic surgeon,member of the American Board of Plastic Surgery,ABPS or a board certified facial plastic surgeon.
