It is difficult to tell without examining you in person – however that contour is not typical for the post operative time period. I would recommend return to the surgeon to again voice your concerns and hopefully get a better explanation of what they feel is the cause and timeline of resolution of the issue.

Thank you for your questions. I am sorry to hear of the symptoms you are currently suffering from. It is always difficult to give a definitive answer without a physical examination. However, based on your size and the DDD cup size, you should be able to remove enough breast tissue to offer you improvement in your symptoms. At your current weight your BMI is 28 and therefore you should be a candidate.

Both implants are made with a silicone shell, the difference is what they are filled with. Saline are filled with a salt water solution and silicone are filled with a cohesive silicone gel. There are pros and cons to each implants but you can obtain a nice result with either. Yes – the great news is that fat can be removed from any excess fat pocket that is safe for removal and utilized for grafting to the buttock. Arms and thighs are great and frequently used areas. I personally do not recommend removal from the breast itself in that a lot of the breast is glandular tissue, not fat, and removal of too much volume can lead to a saggy appearance,

Yes – it is safe to utilize topical enhancement oils or creams at this point. When you meet with your surgeon please advice them that you are using them as they will likely want you to stop the topical agent 4-6 weeks prior to surgery.

In addition to desiring a larger size, it appears as though you need revision of the implant pocket. The implants are not currently in good position as they are too wide – therefore not giving you the appearance you are wanting. When the implant are exchanged capsule work can be performed to improve implant position, giving you appropriate cleavage without creating an “uniboob”

Photos are typically difficult to ascertain for certain – you may be beginning to develop implant position issues – however I would continue to watch them for now. In my opinion a lift is not necessary. The main impetus in getting a lift or revision should be if you are unhappy with the appearance.

From the appearance in the photos it appears as though your umbilicus (belly button) has developed some necrotic areas from lack of blood flow. Those would be the black areas. I would recommend a repeat follow up with your surgeon for further clarification and instructions to aid in the healing process.
