For the best results, I would attempt to drop a few pounds to get your BMI lower. This is going to make your results much better and you a much happier patient. At that point, I think likely the best option for review would be some form of tummy tuck. Make a few consultations with board-certified plastic surgeons to discuss her options.Best of luck!
