It looks like you have some separation of your wound, which can be a complication of a tummy tuck. It is hard to tell from your photo, but the rest of the skin with the scab will likely heal without much incident. Unfortunately there isn’t much you can do except to wait it out. Sorry to hear that your surgical site opened up. Rest assured, this is not uncommon, especially in larger reductions. I would continue to wear your sports bra, and place a piece of dry guaze or absorbent pad in it because you can expect to see some clear to reddish drainage.
