If they answer you, "Of course it is your capsule," are you going to believe them? Maybe you feel like looking in someone's eyes as they answer can help you know if they are telling the truth but i don't feel so comfortable with that as i've had several boyfriends who could look you in the eye in the most convincing way and still lie...

I don't have experience removing the dissolvable ones but i do have plenty of experience removing the metallic non-dissolvable ones and even those can be very difficult to find and remove so i would imagine the dissolvable ones would be ten times harder. Bone can grow over them, the slots can strip and all of these issues are intensified with dissolving screws. The pain could be from damage to a nerve or some scar tissue and removal of the screw wouldn't solve those issues....

IMO you could probably have a reduction without a free nipple graft as i have done many with distances well over yours without problems. The risks are higher of course but not astronomical. The one i lost was at 51 cms but i think i wouldn't have lost it had the patient been caucasian. Since the patient was african american, i could not assess the nipple perfusion well and did not notice the compromised circulation until it was too late. There are steps which could be taken...

For example, mine was through a busy service in which i performed over 200 breast reconstructions in one year which is an astounding number. Some only provide a dozen or so. Since your photos are limited and I cannot see any scars, I am assuming that your reduction was done by liposuction, in which case six months is the minimum time to see results.
