Kybella is a good treatment for fat in the neck. The pictures you provided are helpful however a full profile view would be even better. Combining the pictures with an in person evaluation is best of course.
Kybella treatments should be individualized based on your exam and a plan formulated. Fuller necks may need 4 vials per treatments and 3-4 treatments but smaller necks like yours can typically be treated with much less product and thus a lower cost.

Thank you for your question:about how long does it take to stand up straight after a fuller tummy tuck.
In general: 5 weeks to stand upright after a "full tummy tuck' is longer than I would expect. However it does not mean you are not going to have a good result. I imagine your lower back may be a little tired and uncomfortable as a result.
