From the photo it looks like you are very early in the post operative period. As the swelling resolves and the implant settles, the breasts will look and feel smaller and more like what you expected. Give it a few weeks and you will feel better. Around 6 months post op you will appreciate your final result.

Yes it is possible to lift small breasts without placing an implant. An implant will not "lift" a breast. Consider an implant if you want a larger breast.
Based on your photos I am concerned that the side effects of the surgery (scars/ operated look) may not justify the benefits of a breast lift (modest improvement of nipple position and temporary skin tightening. High expectations in a patient with only modest "deformity" frequently results in a dissatisfied patient.

Hang in there, this will heal. This area of the wound, at the "T" can be slow to heal. I agree with what your dr has suggested except I prefer to keep the wound dry, ie no antibiotic ointment. Use light dressing and wear your bra for support. A glass of wine will not have significant effect on your healing.

Hard to tell without photo, but you may be asking about Marionette lines; "also wrinkles" likely refers to lip lines.
Depending on severity and exam the likely options are HA fillers and Erbium resurfacing. More significant or global problems may benefit from facelift and best outcome may combine facelift and resurfacing.
