There is no good reason based on your information that you should have been rejected. HIV is no issue in terms of plastic surgery as long as you are otherwise healthy.

I regularly perform these three problems croutes at the same time. However, I do keep you in the hospital overnight after the procedure.  As long as your preoperative tests check out, you can have all three at the same time.

You’re definitely going to want a breast lift at the same time as the explantation. You’re breasts will sag significantly after you remove the implants unless they are lifted. This is a very safe and common procedure for experienced plastic surgeons.

You most likely have Poland Syndrome. The good news is that you can have a significant improvement with properly done breast implants and a reduction of your areola on the left. This could be accomplished with one surgery, but there is a good chance you may need a second surgery to make adjustments for symmetry.

3D is notoriously inaccurate. Judging by your photos, you should be able to put in at least 350 cc implants. The only way to really tell us in person with physical measurements.

The restriction of 1000 cc’s in Florida applies only to liposuction performed in an office or clinic. I regularly do much larger amounts on patients I do at the hospital in Miami. I think you can have a great result based on your photos.

Congratulations on the new baby!  I think you look great for 4 weeks. Give yourself some time and you’ll shrink and tighten up with just some exercise. If you don’t, then I think all you’ll need is some liposuction, I don’t think a second tummy tuck will be necessary.
