Before and after photos are not an absolute requirement. Taking before and after photos are a nice way to document what someone looks like before their surgery or filler and after. Some practices are less likely to take photos for non-surgical treatments like laser, Botox, or filler.
Only one injection for 20 units of botox?
Botox injection in glabella area (between eyebrows).

Usually, the area that you are talking about, the glabella area, is not commonly treated with one single injection. Instead, it is usually treated with a total of 20 units distributed as 5 different injections.
