I do not think that Botox would help this problem at all. I would doubt that fillers would be enough to improve the asymmetry. It would be important to have a consultation with a plastic surgeon who could do surgery if it was felt to be the best option.

You look like a good candidate for an upper bleph and it will not make you look too wide eyed if done appropriately. It will not help your crows feet

I would not recommend small injections to maintain a result.
It is very important to reinject with standard amount at least every 4 months or at the first sign of muscle function in the areas being treated. This will enhance the result and in the long run decrease the amount and number of injections needed

I would recommend that you have the injections at least one month before the hip surgery and check with your orthopedic surgeon about the injections after you have the hip replacement. I am not aware of any report or a problem with prostheses infections after a restylane injection but the orthopedic surgeon may have different information and he is reponsible for your hip.
Can fillers help diminish/disguise under eye wrinkles?

The most common treatment for that problem is a resurfacing procedure either with chemicals of a laser. Fillers can occasionally help with lower lid tear trough problems but not wrinkled skin.You should she a plastic surgeon or a dermatologist with experience in treating this are with many different modalities.

You should have a consultation to evaluate the problem. The belly botton can have an underlying problem such as a hernia. Umbilicoplasites are a common plastic surgery procedures and you may be a good candidate for the operation.

Your eyelids are unequal because of what is called ptosis of the Right upper eyelid. The muscle does not open that eye as widely as the left. Surgery is the only treatment and you have a consultation and consider surgery after your pregnancy. Your child will not ncecessarily have a similar problem.

A conservative approach is to do a blepharoplasty and if the change does not reach your goal then consider a brow lift.. It is very important to have a consultation since your photos, which are good, cannot replace a consultation.

It is a very good question.. You definitely need a consultation with the examination to answer the questions you have raised.. High profile might make the upper fullness you are looking for even more of a problem. Also, that might not be enough of any increase in volume to make you happy.

You can certainly recontour the abdomen that has stretch marks. That is frequently done. Liposuction does not eliminate the stretch mark but it usually does not make them worse.. Many people have their stretch marks on the lower abdominal area and an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) removes that area of skin..

Extrusion is usually easy to diagnose since it can come out through the skin or inside the nose if there is a problem..
