I can see why you would be concerned based on the limited photos you provided, but one should not be overly concerned at 3 weeks. Breast surgery should never be limited by the age of a patient. A surgeon placing that limit is not comfortable for some reason and, as such, probably should not be your surgeon. What does matter is your health and fitness. Plus, measures can be taken to reduce your risk of undergoing breast surgery by adjusting the medications used during anesthesia. Your plastic surgeon should collaborate with the anesthesia provider to reduce risk.

Liposuction and tummy tuck treat 2 different problems. Liposuction is done to remove fat from beneath this skin. Tummy tuck is to remove excess skin. Some patients benefit from both. Your pictures show excess skin as your main issue therefore a tummy tuck is the better choice for you. A thorough physical exam would determine if you would also benefit from liposuction.

Even with perfectly identical implants, patients are sometimes troubled by mild asymmetries of their breasts after augmentation simply because anatomy is sometimes asymmetrical and presents additional challenges. I appreciate your concern for infection. A face to face physical exam by an experienced plastic surgeon provides the best opportunity to diagnose an infected belly button. There does not appear to be sign of infection in the photo you posted. It’s not unusual for patients to develop some redness around stitches placed in the skin but that does not represent infection per se. If you are truly concerned, make a visit to your plastic surgeon.

Your photos demonstrate both ptosis (sagging breasts) and pseudoptosis (loss of upper pole fullness with descent of tissue). An implant is necessary to restore upper pole fullness and the lift to reposition the nipple and areola complex over the implant. Good luck.

Your implants will definitely drop as time passes and your soft tissue expands.  What’s important is that you do Not wear a supportive bra.  Wearing a supportive bra will interfere with implant settling which will result in high implant position.  This may be the goal at times but not in your case.  Be patient.  This will improve.
