Although someone’s stated age is something to consider, it is more important to consider physiologic age. In other words, your overall physical health and any underlying medical conditions, along with prior surgical treatment are often more important factors to evaluate. It is unusual for someone to be excluded for surgical treatment by a board certified plastic surgery at the young age of 55 without having other underlying risk factors.
Which would you recommend; 286 cc moderate plus? Or 325 cc high profile?
Don’t want the fake look

Although volume, width and type of implant play important roles in the avoidance of the “fake” look, another factor to consider is the decision regarding subglandular vs. submuscular placement. Often times you can push volume and even width a bit yet place the implant under the pectoralis muscle and obtain a very natural look. Just something else to discuss with your surgeon.
