From your photographs, it appears as if you could benefit from liposuction, especially if it is combined with J plasma skin tightening. There are many benefits you can get from a breast reduction (which includes a lift as part of the procedure). Your breasts will be higher, closer together, sexier, and probably more symmetrical. You may also get relief from back, neck and shoulder pain, and should find it easier to exercise. Modern reduction techniques can be done with minimal scarring, little to no post operative pain, and without the need for general anesthesia. Good luck to you.

It is best to consult with your surgeon and their recommendations.
I advise my patients to commence taking Bromelain 2 weeks prior to surgery and to continue to take it 2 weeks after surgery. It is not required to take. Bromelain is a pineapple extract that helps minimize bruising and speeds the recovery.

Your recovery will depend greatly on your surgeon. It is very important you choose a board certified plastic surgeon with years of experience and a specialist in facelifts. I have patients that return to work 5 days post-op. Swelling and bruising will depend on the patient. At about 7-10 days you may feel comfortable to return to work.

Swelling and bruising following liposuction is common. You will find that your swelling may fluctuate. We recommend to our patients to wear their compression garment as much as for the first 2 weeks and 12 hours a day for the last 2 weeks. Icing will also help reduce swelling and bruising. If you are concerned, I recommend contacting your surgeon so they may evaluate you and provide the best course of action.
