Liposuction of flanks is commonly combined with Mommy Makeover. It can really provide a nice contour to flanks and accentuate your results in a safe and efficient manner. The key question is how much time this will add to your procedure. Flipping during surgery can be done but adds time and delicate airway management. I generally recommend 3-6 months. This allows adequate healing from your first surgery both in terms of anesthesia and surgical sites. This can vary and be longer if you have other active medical issues.
