Congratulation on your children. Unfortunately , the price women pay is loose skin and muscles. As was said by the other doctors, tumy tuck is the only way to give you a flat and tight stomach.
Most of your strech marks will be removed and the left over will be low on your stomach and will look better. Your waist will be narrower , the pubic skin tighter and the genitalia’s labia and clitoris higher.
The strech marks in the other areas can be helped as follows : Thighs – medial thigh lift, bottom – implants and breasts – mastopexy or lift procedure.
In any event, consult with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon who performed lots of these surgeries.
Check the before and after pictures to make sure that you like the results. (Shlomo Widder, MD, Washington DC Plastic Surgeon)
You need a tummy tuck
I agree with the others. A tummy tuck is the only way to resolve those stretch marks. Lipo alone will make those areas look very unnatural. (Andrew M. Lofman, MD, Detroit Plastic Surgeon)
What Type of Surgical Procedure I Will Need to Tighten my Abdomen Skin?
You need a full tummy tuck with plication of your abdominal wall. You won’t get out all of the stretch marks but maybe 80%. You would still look nice post op. Stretch marks can’t be removed unless they are excised surgically. (Kurtis Martin, MD, Cincinnati Plastic Surgeon)
Loose ando skin
I think you may be able to get away with a mini tuck, although a long lower abdo incision will still be needed. A full tuck is ok but will most likely need a slight vertical incision low in the pubic area. Obviously I can only judge from the pics. On exam a full tuck might not need a vertical incision. See a competent Plastic surgeon for your consultation. (Peter Fisher, MD, San Antonio Plastic Surgeon)
Stretch marks – what procedure
A full tummy tuck will be best. It will remove the most stretch marks and also tighten above the belly button. For the other areas you can consider laser treatment or needling, although none of these options are great. (Brian Dorner, MD, Columbus Plastic Surgeon)
