Abdominalplasty

Looking at your photos, I would likely recommend a full tummy tuck with abdominal and flank liposuction.

This will insure that you will achieve the best possible look for you. (Robert Steely, MD, Houston Plastic Surgeon)

For the best and most natural appearing result, my opinion is that full abdominalplasty is your first choice, provided you plan no future pregnancies. (Steve Laverson, MD, San Diego Plastic Surgeon)

You are a very good candidate for a full abdominalplasty, flank(side abdomen)/ lower back liposuction and bbl.

You can have an amazing transformation with this combination but be well advised that it is a lot of surgery.

If you’re planning on having the surgery in a year and a half stay healthy by all means but try not to lose too much weight. When fat is transferred a variable percentage is lost in both the intraoperative/processing stage and later as the fat becomes nourished by a new blood supply.

The amount of fat needed is dependent on how much additional ooomph you want. It is not a 1:1 addition. I’m sure your board certified plastic surgeon will thoroughly explain the process to you.

Liposuction alone most likely will not provide the result you’re looking for. (Aaron J. Mayberry, MD, Albuquerque Plastic Surgeon)

You may want to consider doing the abdominalplasty and BBL at the same time. Your surgeon could use some of the fat from abdomen, back, and sides for the BBL.

Otherwise, based on your photos you are a great candidate for a full abdominalplasty. (Robert E. Zaworski, MD, Atlanta Plastic Surgeon)

If you were my patient I would reccomend a full Abdominalplasty to address your stretch marks, skin laxity and widenend diastasis. (Vishnu Rumalla, MD, Dallas Plastic Surgeon)
